| 摘 要： | 国家科技项目实施项目监理,是改变以往由政府机构直接管理科技项目,在投资及管理中引入第三方中介机构进行项目协调和监督的重要举措。分析目了前我国科技管理的现状与试行监理制度中存在的问题,在借鉴发达国家先进经验的基础上,结合我国实际情况探索科技项目监理模式。
