| 摘 要： | 本文从技术创新的概念出发 ,探讨技术创新的本质特征 ,指出它既是一种技术行为 ,也是一种经济行为。我国当前企业的技术创新工作还很落后 ,存在一系列问题 ,针对这些问题提出了一些在技术创新方面的有效对策。
