| Abstract: | The purpose of scientific and technological achievements sifting is to accelerate the transformation of the achievements,and improve the conversion rate.The technological achievements screening roughly divided into the initial screening and evaluation screening.After screening,selected some suitable transformation,need to focus on supporting and promoting scientific and technological achievements.This paper mainly explores on the evaluation system and methods of scientific and technological achievements sifting. |
