| 摘 要： | 区域联动开发理论实质上是针对旅游欠发达、资源类似、竞争优势不突出的地区提出的一种区域旅游合作开发理论。青海省和西藏自治区旅游资源丰富，而且垄断性强，发展旅游业的区位优势得天独厚，旅游业应成为崛起的支柱产业。在分析青藏地区旅游资源类型和空间分布基础上，以“点一轴系统”理论为基础，确定该地区重点发展点和发展轴，构筑“点”、“轴”相结合的区域旅游联动开发的模式，实现旅游业可持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | Combined development is one strategy of regional cooperation, and this theory is mainly suitable for those areas. Sharing similar touism resources and lacking competitive superiority, The tourist resources in the Qinghai-Tibet area are both abundant and monopolistic and the positional advantage in developing the tourist industry is richly endowed by nature, so the tourist industry should become the pillar industry in the abrupt rising of the Qinghai-Tibet area. On the basis of studying the types of tourism resources and their space distribution and the present situation in Qinghai-Tibet area, this paper determines the emphasis point and line of development in tourism region combining ＂Pole-Axis tourism＂ theory. So we can realize the sustain-able development in the tourist region of Qinghai-Tibet area. |
