森工企业税费的问题及建议

通过对西藏林芝地区森工企业的调查，针对森工企业木材税费高，各种税费约占销售价的４９％，费大于税，不合理不合法费多，征管方式单“等问题，本文结合实际提出了进一步完善林业税费收取的若干建议。并指出国家及地方政府应适当采取扶持政策，森工企业应进一步加强内部管理，银行应适当让利，企业可逐年扭亏增盈，达到三年脱困的目标。

Tax and Fee Problems in Timber Industry Business and some Suggestions about Them

Based on an investigation into timber industry business in Linzhi District, Tibet countering all kinds of problems such as high taxes and fees (making up 49% of sale price)levied on timber produced by the business, fees being more than taxes, unreasonable and illegal fees, and unitary tax - levying ways, this article puts forward some suggestions about improving tax revenue in timber industry, and point solution that state and local governments should take proper supporting policy, that the timber industry business itself should further strengthen .interior management, that banks should properly give up certain interest, so as to let the timber industry business make up deficits and increase surpluses year by year to realize the goal of getting out of difficulty in three years.
