| 摘 要： | 主要从规模、结构和就业分布方面考察了福建农村劳动力的现状,并且根据相关理论和数据对福建省的富余劳动力进行测算,测算结果为福建有农村富余劳动力303.2万人,最后提出了一些对策建议。
