跨地域房地产企业人力资源管理分析

摘    要:在跨地域房地产企业异地经营拓展过程中,如何对处在不同地域环境、不同文化背景中的企业实施有效的跨地域人力资源管理,几乎是每一个企业关心的关键问题。特别是随着经济发展和城市化进程的加剧,促使中国房地产行业基本上处于高速增长状态,跨地域人力资源的管理已成为房地产企业管理的核心内容。通过对房地产企业人力资源管理现状的分析,提出了在当前中国房地产行业的跨地域人力资源管理对策及优化管理的目标和有效方法。

Abstract:How to practise effective transregional human resources management in the enterprises in different regional environments with different cultural backgrounds is a key link which almost all enterprises emphasize in the business operation development in different places of transregional real estate enterprises.With the speeding up of the economic development and urbanization,Chian’s real estate industry has been developing basically at an accelerated pace,and the transregional human resources management has been a core problem in the real estate enterprise management.This paper puts forward specific strategies of transregional human resources management,and relative targets and effective ways of the management optimization based on analyses of the human resources management status quo of real estate enterprises.
