研究生职业决策影响因素研究——以上海高校为例

为了研究影响研究生职业决策的主要因素,本文在论文综述的基础上,参考相关文献的结果自编问卷,针对上海东华大学、上海交通大学、上海华东师范大学、上海理工大学4所大学的200名研究生进行问卷研究,提取出影响研究生职业决策的关键因素,并对这些因素进行分析,为研究生职业决策、以及企业的人力资源管理活动提供参考和借鉴。

Research on the Factors of Postgraduate in Career Decision --Take the universities in Shanghai for example

In order to study the main factors of postgraduate in career decision,this paper making an questionnaire based on the review of relevant literatures.200 postgraduates in Shanghai Dong Hua University,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,East China Normal University and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology were studied by questionnaire,according to the research,we concluded and analyze the key factors of postgraduate in career decision,and provide the reference for postgraduates’ career decision making and enterprise human resource management activities.
