“上农下渔”生态经济模式，改善了环境，取得较高的经济效益，对实现环境，经济良性循环做出了有益的尝试，价值分析评价显示，与传统的稻田模式相比，“上农下渔”的三种模式均实现了环境，经济双赢，通过环境经济属性比较发现，“上农下渔”的三种不同模式蕴含不同的开发目标，适合于不同的地域和发展阶段，提出对其进行改进与优化的决策，可望继续提高该模式的经济价值和环境价值。

An Assessment on the Ecological Economic Values ofAgriculture-ishery Modes on the Huanghe River Delta

Although a big proportion of the lands of the HuangheRiver Delta is covered with saline-alkali soil, the environmentaland economic benefits have greatly been increased with a good cyclein both environment and economy since 1993 when agriculture-fishery ecological-economic modes were adopted. By means of acost-benefit analysis, the paper showed that the agriculture-fisherymodes resulted in a bilateral favor of environment and economycompared to traditional paddy-field modes. Based on an economic-environmental property comparison, the author revealed that threedifferent types of agriculture-fishery modes fitted for different de-velopment objects in different regions and periods of development. Itwas prospected that the values of the modes in both environmentaleconomy and environment itself would continue to be increased byimproving and optimizing the decision-making for the modes.
