摘    要:全体教职员工是和谐校园建设工作中的主体,也是主要的推动力。人力资源开发的好坏不仅能全面提高教职工的工作热情与积极性,还影响着和谐校园的构建。高校人力资源开发是促进高校科学发展的重要举措。尤其是在市场经济逐步健全、网络较为发达的形势下,更要以人为本,更新理念,优化人力资源配置,在招聘、聘用、晋升、培训等环节上入手,创造拴心留人的环境。要制定科学的薪酬制度,使每个人有所依。要不断健全绩效考核机制,激发每个人的工作热情。

To make a scientific compensation system, so that each person to. To continuously improve the performance evaluation mechanism, inspire everyone's enthusiasm for the work.
