我国金融租赁业发展问题研究

美国"次贷危机"爆发以来,全球经济受到的较大影响,其影响的范围、深度正逐步扩大,并且波及到实体经济,但规范、审慎经营的金融租赁业在危机中损失较小。因此重新认识金融租赁在新经济形势下的积极作用,就显得十分必要。本文回顾了我国金融租赁业发展状况,深入分析金融租赁业发展过程中存在的问题,给出有针对性的措施、建议。

China financial leasing industry development problem research

Since the outbreak of U.S.subprime mortgage crisis, which bring greater impact on the global economy,and the impact of the scope、depth is gradually expanding,and spread to the real economy was affected.However the loss of the normal and prudent-working financial leasing industry is much less than other enterprises.So it is very necessary and important to recognize the positive role of financial leasing again.This paper reviews the development of Chinese financial leasing industry, analyzes the reason of its low progress deeply, and bring forward targeted measures and suggestion.
