我国宪法与非公有制经济的发展

我国宪法规定非公有制经济的目的在于,一方面是出于规定经济制度的需要。非公有制经济是我国社会主义经济制度的重要组成部分。另一方面是出于对公民私有财产权进行制度保障的需要。制度保障是一种比权利保障更深层次的保障。非公有制经济在我国宪法上经历了三个发展时期,我们需要对马克思主义中有关私有财产的论断进行更加深入的理解。

China law and non public economy's development

The aid of the clause of non-public economy of the constitution is,on the one hand, to meet the need of economical institution because non-public economy is an important part of economical institution of socialist;on the other hand, to meet the need of institutional protection to the rights of private prop-erty of citizens because institutional protection is more comprehensive than pure protection of rights.There are three phrases in the development of non-public economy in the constitution of China.We need a more extensive understanding to some point about private property in Marxism.
