副省级城市相对资源承载力及其社会经济发展研究

本文选取三大产业作为研究因素,运用相对资源承载力方法,以全国作为参照区,计算15个副省级城市的各产业承载力及其综合富余率,比较各城市的承载力状况:其中有8个城市的第一产业的发展落后于全国平均水平;15个城市中第二产业除西安和哈尔滨的富余率小于零外,其他城市的第二产业资源承载力在不同程度上都有富余;15个副省级城市的第三产业富余率都大于零,第三产业的发展领先于全国平均水平,在此基础上客观地评价了15个副省级城市的社会经济发展状况,并提出副省级城市社会经济发展的建议。

Vice province level city relative resource capacity and its social economy development research

The methods about relative carrying capacity of resources were used in this paper.The relative carrying capacity of three major industry and their integration margin rates have been calculated,compared with the whole country.Compared the carrying capacity with each city,the results indicate there are eight cities＇ levels trail the average of whole country in developing primary industry,there are two cities＇ integration margin rates less than zero,Xi＇an city and Ha＇er bin city,the integration margin rates of rest cities of secondary industry are Over zero;the integration margin rates of tertiary industry over the average of whole country.and summarize the development of society and economy.Based on those conclusions put forward the suggests for society and economy of 15 vice-provincial cities.
