解读新型农村合作医疗中的“逆向选择”问题

我国新型农村合作医疗制度自2003年起至今在试点推行的过程中暴露出来不少问题,这些问题均不利于新型农村合作医疗制度的可持续发展。本文对新型农村合作医疗运行过程中出现的"逆向选择"问题进行研究,从新型农村合作医疗的制度运行、制度自身及制度客体的角度探讨了"逆向选择"问题的成因,并就如何规避"逆向选择"提出了对策建议。

On new style countryside cooperative medical "backwards selection" problem

Many questions are exposed accompanied by the implementation of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in our country from 2003, and these questions are not conducive to sustainable development of our New Rural Cooperative Medical System. This article researched the adverse selection which is appeared in the implemnetation of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System, discussing the reasons from the point of view system running, system itself, and object of system, and gave the advices to avoid the adverse selection.
