| Abstract: | China s private equity funds are faced with legal and policy risk, operational risk, the risk of moral hazard, such as market risk, the interests of investors are seriously threatened. Should be taken to clear the legal status of private equity funds, private equity funds to strengthen the supervision of foster mature and rational investors, the timely introduction of index futures and other measures to prevent them. |
