激活西部地区民间资本的政策性研究

本文对西部地区民间投资的现状进行分析,总结出当前所存在的缺陷,认为民间投资之所以不旺盛,既有国家宏观政策方面的原因,同时也有西部地区自身的原因,并针对这些问题提出了相应的政策建议。
