| 摘 要： | 土地问题历来是"三农"问题的核心,也是制约农村综合改革的瓶颈。破解农村土地问题,有利于缓解人地关系高度紧张的基本国情矛盾和城乡分割对立的二元社会经济结构的体制性矛盾,农业农村发展面貌会焕然一新。本文着重从农村的承包地、宅基地和建设用地三方面分析了破解农村土地问题的现实对策。
