| 摘 要： | 本文在对区域创新体系研究简要概述的基础上,提出了学习型区域创新体系概念,并以我国台湾地区新竹科学工业园区创新体系为例,分析了学习型创新体在台湾新竹科学工业园区发展进程中的作用,并指出对我国其他地区建设学习型区域创新体系的启示。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the present study of regional innovation systems and propose the concept of learning regional innovation systems. Taking Taiwan Hsinchu science park, one of the most well known successful science parks, for example , it is analyzed that learning regional innovation systems has done great effect on the development .Then some revelations of enhancing the creation of learning regional innovation systems in the other areas of China are provided. |
