基于收益与现金流背离度的房地产上市公司股价变动分析

对股票价格影响的因素很多,但主要取决于企业自身的发展,因此对企业运行状况的分析是必不可少的。但是,企业的财务数据很多,而且许多指标不能单独说明问题。本文在剔除了许多指标之后,选取具有代表性的财务指标每股收益和每股经营活动现金流,通过它们之间的指标背离,分析了公司股票的变动,特别是能够判断出长期股价拐点的出现。

Analysis of real estate industry listed company share price alteration basing on deviation of income and cash flow

Many factors can effect the price of stock, but the main factor is the development of the company, so it is essential to analyse the condition of comoany. But there are lots of financial target, and some of them can not reflect the problem simply. After eliminating some factor, this paper choice two most important financial factors -Earnings per share and Cash flow per share. According to the deviation of them, analyse the fluctuation of stock price, especially can judge the current in a long-term.
