甘肃省农村劳务输转问题研究

本文首先分析了甘肃省劳务输转现状,认为尽管甘肃省劳务输转工作成效显著,但劳务输转形势是严峻的,输转任务还很艰巨.其次,分析了当前甘肃省劳务输转中存在的问题及原因,认为由于一些主客观因素,目前存在着组织化程度低,外出务工人员素质偏低,输转规模有限等问题.最后,提出了进一步扩大甘肃省劳务输转的建议.

On the Export and Transfer of Rural Labors in Gansu Province

This article firstly analyzes the present situation of the export and transfer of rural labors in Gansu Province, it thinks thiswork has been done well, but, the situation of it is still serious and the du- ty of export and transfer rural labors is hard again. And, it analyzes the existed problems and reasons, points out some subjective and objective factorsmake the low level of organization, low quality of rural la- bors and low scale of export and transfer. At last, it puts forward some suggestions for it.
