质控图在ICP-OES法测定涂料中可溶性重金属的应用

本研究以涂料样品中重金属检测为例,探讨了空白值质控图在建材检测实验室中的应用。参照GB 18581-2009《室内装饰装修材料溶剂型木器涂料中有害物质限量》^([1])和GB 18582-2008《室内装饰装修材料水性涂料中有害物质限量》^([2])规定,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪法测定涂料中重金属含量,通过收集实验中试剂空白的测量值,绘制空白值X质控图,从而分析评价实验中试剂、仪器等的状态。3种重金属元素空白值均在上下控制限之间,代表此段时间测定过程受到控制,实验数据可信。空白值质控图可以有效监控电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪法测定涂料中可溶性重金属的检测过程,确保结果准确可靠。

Application of Quality Control Chart in the Determination of Soluble Heavy Metalelements in Paint by ICP-OES

To discuss the application ofblank value quality control chart in building material testing laboratory by taking heavy metal elements detection in paint samples as an example. According to GB 18581-2009 "Limits of harmful substances in Solvent-based wood coatings for interior decoration materials" and GB 18582-2008 "Limits of harmful substances in water-borne coatings for interior decoration materials", the content of heavy metal elements in coatings was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The blank X quality control chart was drawn by collecting the measured values of the blank reagents in the experiments. The state of reagents and instruments in the experiment was analyzed and evaluated. The blank values of three heavy metal elements were between the upper and lower control limits, indicating that the determination process was controlled during this period, and the experimental data were credible. The blank value quality control chart can effectively monitor the detection process of soluble heavy metal elements in coatings by ICP-OES, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
