| 摘 要： | 农业企业对于减贫脱贫和农业发展有着协同增效作用。在消费者需求变化和体制创新的影响下，农业企业的形式和结构也在发生变化。为了提高这些企业的竞争力，有必要为它们创造良好的投资环境，解决瓶颈制约问题，并鼓励它们在国内农业科技发展的带动下开展跨国经营。同时，还需要强调农业企业的社会责任问题。

| Abstract: | Agro-enterprise and agricultural development are mutually promoted, and give an impetus to anti-poverty program work. Under the influence of consumer demand and structural innovation, the changes are taking place in the form and structure of agro-enterprises. In order to increase their competitive strength, it is necessary to create a good investment climate for them. In addition, we should remove a bottleneck which restricts their development, and urge them to develop transnational business. Meanwhile, we need emphasize the social responsibility of agro-enterprises. |
