摘 要: | 本文通过大量实地调研、文献研究和分析归纳,系统总结近年来云南与缅甸科技创新合作发展现状,找出存在的主要问题,分析中缅经济走廊建设框架下滇缅科技创新合作的基础和主要科技需求,提出未来一段时期滇缅科技创新合作的主要思路、重点领域、重点任务等,促成在科技人文交流、跨境园区合作、联合实验室建设、技术转移等方面实现实质性合作,为滇缅科技创新合作提供实现路径,以提高科技支撑中缅经济走廊建设能力,助力中缅经济走廊走深走实。

Abstract: | This article through lots of field research,literature research and analysis,.systematically summarizes the development status of Yunnan-Myanma’s technological innovation cooperation in recent years,finds out the main problems,Analyze the foundation and the needs of the main technology of Yunnan-Myanmar cooperation in technological innovation.Put forward the main ideas,key areas,and key tasks of of Yunnan-Myanmar cooperation in technological innovation in the future,Facilitate substantive cooperation in scientific and technological humanities exchanges,cross-border park cooperation,joint laboratory construction,technology transfer,etc.and provide an implementation path for Yunnan-Myanmar science and technology innovation cooperation,so as to improve the ability of science and technology to support the construction of the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor and help the China-Myanmar economy The corridor went deep and down. |
