The Impact Evaluation of Scientific Research in UK and Implication for China

Researchfish is the biggest system to collect outcomes of grants and evaluate their impact in UK.It manages the analysis and collection of information for grants sponsored by the most famous sponsors including the UKRI and becomes the integrated platform which serves researchers,sponsors,universities and institutes.Studying on the features of impact evaluation in UK can provide experiences for research evaluation in China.This paper analyses the method of information collection and utilization,the features of impact evaluation etc.On the basis of analysis,this paper tries to give suggestions for research evaluation in China.
