摘    要:
学生职业能力是应用英语专业建设与发展的关键。以工作过程为导向的职业教育理论的教学指导思想从培养学生的适应能力转向培养学生参与建构工作世界的能力。将工作过程引入职业能力培养,制定基于工作过程的教学目标;重视工作过程,整合专业能力、方法能力和社会能力,培养关键能力;以工作过程为导向,重视职业科学的劳动研究,发挥企业应有的作用,探索基于工作过程的教学方式,培养学生较强的职业能力。

Abstract:
The professional competence of students plays a key role in the construction and development of applied English specialty. The job-oriented theory of vocational education emphasizes a shift from job adaptation to involvement of job. It's necessary to make out job process-oriented teaching objectives with introduction of job process, integrate abilities in forms of specialty, methods and society and cultivate key competence of students. In addition, enterprises can also get involved in the process of teaching and training students, such as designing curriculums, constructing practice and training bases and so on.
