摘    要:利用Fenton试剂法对造纸废水生化出水进行处理研究,讨论了处理造纸废水的影响因素:pH值,H2O2的用量,Fe^2+的用量,反应时间等因素对CODCr去除率的影响,得到最佳的工艺条件为pH=4.00,H2O2(3%)的用量5.00mmol/L,FeSO4的用量为1.50mmol/L,反应时间40min后,CODCr去除率达到81.59%,出水COD降到100mg/L以下,达到国家造纸废水排放标准。

Abstract:Using Fenton reagent in advanced treatment to process papermaking wastewater is studied in the experiment.Main factors effect the removal rate of CODCr,such as pH value,the amount of H2O2,the amount of FeSO4,the stirring time are discussed to achieve the excellent effect.Results show that the optimum removal rate of CODCr reached 81.59%,with pH= 4.00,amount of H2O2=5.00 mmol/L,the dosage of Fe2+ is 1.50 mmol/L,and stirring radiation time is 40 min,at last CODCr is reduced to 100 mg/L,which meet the state standard for discharge of papermaking wastewater.
