长株潭城市群区域产业生态创新系统仿真研究

摘    要:文章在对产业生态区域创新系统运行机制分析的基础上,构建其系统动力学模型,并以长株潭城市群为典型案例,运用Vensim DSS软件对其进行仿真模拟,通过对模型的检验与分析,预测长株潭城市群区域产业生态创新系统的运行趋势。仿真结果表明,纯粹增加企业与中介服务机构的合作力度,并不能很好地改变生态创新专利数量,也就是说无法给长株潭区域生态创新系统带来技术上的革新和突破,反而会提高企业生态创新成本。因此,在实际过程中,政府应该注意两者的相对平衡和取舍,不能盲目地促进企业与中介服务机构的合作。这为长株潭地区实现产业转型升级、走生态化创新发展道路提供理论参考。

Abstract:This article uses system dynamics as a tool to build a simulation model of regional industry eco-innovation system. Taking Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as an case study, the article uses Vensim DSS software to do simulation research, validate the feasibility of this model and predict the trends of regional industry eco-innovation system through testing and analyzing of this model. The simulation results show that simply increasing the cooperation between enterprises and intermediary service agencies cannot change the number of eco-innovation patents, that is to say, it cannot bring technological innovation and breakthrough in the eco-innovation system of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, but can increase the cost of eco-innovation of enterprises. Therefore, in the actual process, the government should pay attention to the relative balance and trade-off between the two and not blindly promote the cooperation between enterprises and intermediary service agencies. This article can provide theoretical reference for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading, and take the path of ecological innovation development.
