| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化背景下,我国的林业企业面临压力与挑战。为了应对挑战,克服“两危”压力,必须对林业企业进行管理创新。采取虚拟经营运作方式,提高企业核心竞争力,是林业企业参与全球化竞争的战略选择。

| Abstract: | Under the background of economic globalization, China forestry enterprise is faced with challenge and press. In order to treat with challenge and overcome the crises of forestry resources and forestry economy, we must take the management innovation of forestry enterprise. To take fictitious management and improve the core competence is the strategy selection which China forestry takes part in the economic globalization and nationalization. |
