| 摘 要： | 与市场经济体制改革深入、迎接WTO挑战的时代背景相适应，我国服务业总体发展政策主要具有加大市场化与对外开放力度的特点，部分省市相应制定的服务业发展政策也体现了这些特点。社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断完善、加入世界贸易组织以及全球经济一体化使中国服务业加大市场化与对外开放力度的改革之举成为必然。

| Abstract: | Adapted to the reformation of market economy system and challenged with WTO, the overall development policy of services sectors in China focuses on marketalization and opening-up. The appropriate development policy of services sectors, which is formulated in some provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, reflects the above features. It is necessary for China to enhance the marketalization and opening-up of services industry with the establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system, entry of China into WTO, and the progress of global economy integration. |
