| 摘 要： | 自2007年村镇银行开展试点以来,我国村镇银行发展势头强劲,哈尔滨市也已开始发展。文章在对哈尔滨已有村镇银行试点在经营及发展过程中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出哈尔滨市农村村镇银行建设的对策建议。
