| 摘 要： | 金融危机促使物流企业通过物流联盟模式整合物流资源,提高核心竞争力。而知识经济时代核心竞争力的提高实质上是物流企业的知识积累。物流联盟的资源共享,特别是隐性知识共享是提高核心竞争力的关键。根据社会网络理论提出了隐性知识转移的社会网络模型,并应用博弈论分析物流联盟企业之间隐性知识转移,阐明了联盟企业隐性知识转移的决策依据和保障机制。
