加强责任成本管理是企业管理中一个永恒的主题,企业要想获得经济效益,就必须对管理工作常抓不懈。纵观我国诸多企业,铁路企业在国民经济发展中的支柱地位伴随着改革开放后中国综合国力的不断增强、全社会固定资产投资规模的持续增长而随之愈显重要。如何对铁路施工企业进行有效的责任成本管理是一个极其关键的环节。为此,笔者在本文中进行了有针对性的分析探讨,并就这一核心问题予以了较清晰的解读。

Analysis of How Railway Construction Enterprise to Strengthen Responsibility Cost Management of Project

To strengthen responsibility cost management in enterprise management is an eternal theme,if the enterprise wanted the economic benefits of management work,we must pay special attention to management.Making a general survey of many enterprises in China,with China＇s comprehensive national strength increasing after the reform and opening,the scale of investment of whole society＇s fixed assets continuously growing,the railway enterprises play more and more important role in the development of national economy.It is a key link to effectively control responsibility cost in railway construction enterprise.Therefore,the author analyzed with target in this paper and gave a clear explanation about the core issue.
