风险管理在胸外科围术期护理中的效果观察

目的:探讨风险管理在胸外科围术期护理中的效果。方法:选取胸外科手术患者100例作为研究对象,分为两组。对照组不采取风险管理;观察组采取风险管理,分析护理风险因素及提出相应的风险防范措施。结果:与风险管理前相比较,经过风险管理后,围术期,患者的并发症发生率、输液反应及患者对护理工作的满意度均优于风险管理前,存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

Effect of Risk Management in the Perioperative Nursing Care of Thoracic Surgery

Objective: To discuss the effect of risk management in perioperative nursing care of thoracic surgery.Method: To select 100 patients with thoracic surgery as the study object,and divide them into two groups.Control group does not take risk management;Observation group takes risk management,to analyze the risk factors and accordingly propose risk prevention measures.Results: after risk management,in perioperative,the incidence of complications,transfusion reaction,and patient's satisfaction with the care are all superior than before,and there are significant differences,with statistically significant(P<0.05).
