中国经济现代化面临经济质量、经济结构和国际经济竞争力三大瓶颈，其中“重中之重”的是提升经济效益和核心竞争力。中国是贸易大国并不意味着中国已经成为贸易强国。中国的经济增长方式具有脆弱性，对环境和资源等社会成本的消耗度较高。因此，中国亟待转变经济增长方式，实现生产要素的优化配置．合理布局，减少浪费，实现中国向效益型增长方式的转变。

China is a large trade： country which doesnt mean she has been a strong one. The pattern of economic growth of china is still weak . the social costs in environment and resource are very high. Therefore , the pattern of economic growth should be transformed through disposing and resource are very high productive factors and decreasing waste to realize the pattern of efficient growth.
