| 摘 要： | 市场化改革不是不需要、不允许政府介入市场运作,相反,要实现市场的深层次、宽领域、高标准的发展必须要有政府的参与。我国政府一段时间曾以财政政策和货币政策作为宏观调控的重要手段,但效果并不理想。文章认为,适应社会经济发展客观形势和现实需要,土地政策在调控中的作用越来越受到重视,结合中国国情、联系市场经济发展状况,拓展、拓宽宏观调控工具,研究土地政策参与宏观调控显得非常重要且必要。

| Abstract: | In market-oriented reform, to achieve the market＇s deep-seated, wide-area, high standard of development, government involvement is needed.Fiscal policy and monetary policy once are taken as an important means of macroeconomic control, but the result is not satisfactory to meet the economic and social development objective situation and actual needs.Now, the role of land policy is being paid more and more attention to.Combined with China＇s national conditions and the market economic development, land policy becomes more and more important and necessary in the macro-control study. |
