| 摘 要： | 以波特的"钻石体系"模型为基础,研究科技资源对中国高新技术产业国际竞争力的影响作用,利用高新技术产业国际竞争力和科技资源配置效率各自的代理指标,对二者分别进行评价分析,在此基础上,进一步以各自的代理指标值为变量对二者的相关关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,科技资源配置效率是影响中国高新技术产业国际竞争力提升的关键因素。 |

| Abstract: | Based on Porter′s diamond model, this paper studies the influences of science and technology resources on international competitiveness of Chinese high-tech industry. It evaluates the international competitiveness of high-tech industry and allocation efficiency of science and technology resources respectively using their proxies. With proxies as variables, it analyzes the relationships between the international competitiveness of high-tech industry and allocation efficiency of science and technology resources empirically. Result shows that the latter is the key factor that influences enhancement of international competitiveness of high-tech industry. |
