| 摘 要： | 介绍了浙江省森林保险的发展历程,对丽水市森林保险做法进行了案例剖析,在此基础上提出了浙江省森林保险的制度构想与基本框架,包括运作机制、保险对象、保险责任、保险金额、保费分担、核损理赔等主要内容。丽水市把森林火灾保险工作作为深化林权制度改革的重要内容,力争做到"全覆盖"。目前全市森林参保面积达84.4万hm2,占全市森林面积的14.4%。
