摘    要:针对钢铁厂热轧车间浊循环水中的油类物质的去除问题,采用钢渣吸附一陶粒过滤法进行处理,经吸附过滤后.出水油类能够降到2mg/L以下,满足该厂热轧循环用水油含量≤10mg/L的要求。钢渣可以回收利用,也可以进行安全有效的处置。该方法除油效果好,合理可行,具有一定的实用意义。

Abstract:The steel slag adsorption-ceramsite filtration was adopted at hot-rolling workshop of steel factory. By adsorption and filtration, the oil index reaches below 2mg/L and satisfies the request of oil content ≤10mg/L in factory hot-rolling circulation water. The steel slag may recycle or be carried on safe effective treatment. Via this method, better effect is achieved to remove oil, and test is reasonable and feasible.
