| 摘 要： | 本文分析了台湾新一轮产业结构转型的特点及其面临的挑战,并从两方面研究台湾新一轮产业结构转型对两岸产业分工合作带来的影响;其次,概述20世纪80年代以来两岸产业分工合作模式及特点,探讨新时期加强两岸产业分工合作的新模式;最后,提出加强两岸产业分工合作的主要对策措施。

| Abstract: | In a new historal period,it is an important meaning to study Taiwan' industrial structure transition and cross-strait industrial division cooperation.Firstly,this text analyses the characters of Taiwan' new round industrial structure transition and its facing challenge,then analyses the effects it brings to cross-strait industrial division cooperation.Secondly,the text summarizes the moddles and characters of cross-strait industrial division cooperation since the 80s of 20s;Lastly,the text brings the main countermeasures to strengthen the cooperation of cross-strait industrial division. |
