流通战略产业论

流通产业在国民经济中的合理定位是关系流通产业发展的重大问题。文章认为，我国的流通产业应定位于战略产业。并从流通竞争力与国家竞争力的关系、流通产业安全等角度论述了流通产业作为战略产业的理论依据。接着分析了流通产业长期以来没有作为战略产业的原因，最后，从产业政策的视角提出了发展流通战略产业的建议。

Circulation Strategic Industry Theory

The rational localization of circulation industry in national economy is an important issue for circulation industry development. The article proposes that China's circulation industry should be oriented to strategic industry. From the perspective of relationship between circulation competitiveness and national competitiveness and of circulation industry security,this paper expounds the theoretical foundation of the culclation industry as the strategic industry .Then this paper analyses why the circulation industry has not been treated as the strategic industry for a long time. Finally , it offers the suggestions for developing circulation strategic industry in terms of the industrial policy.
