| 摘 要： | 企业集团是以资本为纽带的母公司、子公司、参股公司和其他企业组成的联合体。从业务关联性和市场离散性两个维度,对企业集团进行了特征分类,在此基础上,开展了相应组织结构和管理模式的设计,并对特征分类方法在大庆石油管理局集团化运作中的应用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Enterprise group is a combination of parent company,subsidiary company,sharing company and other corporations through capital connection.This paper classifies the enterprise group with the character of operation relevancy and market dispersion.Organization framework and management models are designed on this basis.It then discusses the application of this method in DaQing Petroleum Administration Bureau's inner corporation group operation. |
