| 摘 要： | 本文对我国体育器材企业供应链伙伴合作的现状和存在的问题进行了研究。根据博弈论原理,分析了国内供应链管理中合作伙伴的竞合关系,认为各成员是基于合作博弈来选择合作伙伴的。结合我国体育器材企业的实际问题提出若干对策。

| Abstract: | This paper study the status and some problems of the co-operative partners of supply chain of the sports goods enterprise.According to Games Theory,the relationship of competion and co-operation is analyzed among members of supply chain.These members select co-operative partners based on co-operative games.With these facters,it offers some suggestions. |
