物理活化方法对钢渣、矿渣及粉煤灰活性的影响

摘    要:通过试验研究了物理活化方法对钢渣、矿渣、粉煤灰的细度及活性的影响,试验表明,矿渣、粉煤灰易磨性好,碳钢渣较难磨细,不锈钢渣在粉磨过程中易团聚,需要分散才能继续提高其比表面积;随着粉磨时间的延长,钢渣、矿渣及粉煤灰活性在前2小时,活性的增加幅度较大;矿渣、粉煤灰活性较好,不锈钢渣和碳钢渣的活性很低;在不锈钢渣中复掺矿渣和粉煤灰可改善活性,提高钢渣粉磨效率。

Abstract:This paper studied the effect of physical pretreatment on activation energy of blast furnace slag,steel slag and fly ash.The results indicated that blast furnace slag and fly ash showed higher grindability and carbon-steel slag presented lower grindability,while stainless-steel slag will get agglomerated easily during grinding process and the specific surface area will get improved only by introduction of grinding aids.Steel slag,blast furnace slag and fly ash were remarkable increase on activation with the...
