摘    要:为使城市生活污泥得以无害化、资源化综合利用,以过50目城市污泥作为载体、钛酸四正丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备城市污泥-二氧化钛复合材料,并就其对甲基橙的光降解催化作用进行了研究。实验结果表明,污泥与钛酸四正丁酯质量比为1:5所制备的城市污泥-二氧化钛复合材料经过500℃煅烧1小时后,对甲基橙具有较好的光催化降解作用,可在印染废水中推广使用。

Abstract:To enhance the utilization of detoxified city sewage sludge,sewage sludge-TiO2 composites were prepared by solgel techniques with tetrabuty tinanate as the titanium source,and 50 mesh sewage sludge as the support.And the photocatalytic degradation processes of methyl-orange with sewage sludge-TiO2 composites were studied.The experimental results indicated that the sewage sludge-TiO2 composite which was prepared with mass ratio of sewage sludge and tetrabuty tinanate was 1:5,sintered at 500 ℃ for 1 hour have the better photocatalytic ability in the methyl-orange degradation,can be used in printing and dyeing wastewater.
