顶板破碎巷道围岩注浆加固研究

摘    要:平朔井工三矿9号煤局部区域由于受风化影响,导致顶板破碎,施工时易发生冒顶事故。针对该地质情况,采用高分子化学材料马丽散浆液注浆,对90101工作面和东翼回风巷顶板超前注浆加固。为了测试岩石注浆加固后的强度变化,研发了裂隙岩石注浆加固实验仪。应用该仪器分别对由水泥浆和马丽散加固后的岩石进行强度测试,测得其强度提高分别为1.5~2.1倍和0.6~1.2倍。注浆加固施工成功稳定了顶板,取得了良好的加固效果。
