应用型本科院校实践教学问题研究

当前,应用型本科院校存在的主要问题,是办学定位清晰,但实践教学目标体系与社会需求脱节,内容体系不够完善;管理体系不健全,实评价和质量监控体系没有形成,缺乏具有实践教学经验及技能的师资等方面。应用型本科院校应按照人才培养定位的要求,建立科学完善的实践教学体系和流程,完善实践教学质量评价与监控体系,改进管理机制,提高实验队伍整体素质。

Problems Concerning Practical Teaching at Application-Oriented Universities

Although application-oriented universities usually have clear school-running orientations,the practical teaching now has problems.The goals deviate from social demand;the content is not complete;the management system is unsound;the evaluation and quality supervision systems are not established;qualified teachers possessing practical teaching experience and skills are in short supply.To resolve these problems,according to the requirement of talent training,the universities should establish a scientific and complete practical teaching system and procedure,improve the quality evaluation and supervision systems of practical teaching,and raise the whole professional quality of experiment teachers.
