| 摘 要： | 生产实习是高等工科院校学生重要的实践学习环节。通过对我校金属材料专业生产实习现状的分析和研究,提出了相应的改进措施:加强实习环节的管理、改进实习方式和注重实习师资队伍的培养建设。
