| Abstract: | The implementation of the financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities is an important measure to carry out the scientific concept of development,implement strategies of developing the country through science and education,reinvigorating China through human resource development,as well as building harmonious society.This paper made research and exploration on how to better play the role of subsidized work,truly achieve unity of economic funding and spiritual stimulation,combining with current subsidy system. |
