| 摘 要： | 目的:观察护理干预对丛集性头痛患者生活质量的影响。方法:将80例丛集性头痛患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组在常规健康教育的基础上给予个体化的护理干预。采用36条目简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评价干预前后3个月患者的生活质量。结果:干预组患者干预后3个月SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化的护理干预可提高丛集性头痛患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of nursing intervention on living quality of patients with cluster headache.Methods: To divide 80 patients with cluster headache into two groups: intervention group(40 patients) and control group(40 patients),give general health education to the control group and give individualized nursing intervention to the intervention group based on general health education,and use 36 articles concise health check-list(SF-36) to evaluate quality of patients' life before and after 3 months.Result: The evaluation score about 3 months SF-36 of intervention group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The individualized nursing intervention can improve the quality of life in patients with cluster headache. |
