江汉平原水污染防治的国外经验借鉴

随着社会经济的发展,江汉平原汉江流域的水资源在不断遭到污染破坏。本文通过分析国外典型流域水污染防治的先进经验,从结构控污、工程控污和管理控污三方面出发,依据江汉平原水污染防治的保护与利用并举的总体思路,提出江汉平原水污染防治的具体对策与措施。提出的对策和措施对江汉平原的水污染的实际治理具有借鉴和指导作用。

Water Pollution Prevention and Control in Jianghan Plain by Drawing on Foreign Experience

With the development of social economy,the water resources of Hanjiang River in Jianghan Plain has been polluted gradually.According to the guiding principles requiring to combine the protection and the utilization of water resources,this article puts forward some solutions and strategies concerning the water pollution control in Jianghan plain by analyzing the foreign advanced experiences in three aspects:structure control,engineering control and managerial control.These solutions and strategies can be the reference and guidance to water pollution control in Jianghan Plain.
